Job Description:

The Candidate should have experience with YII framework or any MVC Framework. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for improvements. Have the ability to do unit testing.

3. Quality Assurance Executive (Job Code : FEB 003)

Job Description:
Ensures performance and quality of the e-Learning product

Works with programmers, WBT Instructional Designer, Multimedia Specialists, and Programmers

e-Learning Project or Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Depending on the depth and extent of project, a quality control person is needed to ensure the e-Learning program user experience both in lessons and learning and the LMS work as designed.

Key Roles:
· The QA Specialist is responsible for analyzing and accurately scoping QA project work based on available requirements.
· Create and execute manual and automated test cases/plans/scripts for product releases.
· Log, track, and close defects throughout the course development process.
· Work collaboratively on project teams, contribute to project scheduling, and create and maintain QA documentation.

4. Quality Assurance Manager (Job Code : FEB 004)

Job Description:

  •  This person will lead a team to manage compliances for IHNA / IHM in terms of ASQA/TEQSA/ CRICOS compliances.
  • The manager of the division need to have 10 years of experience in QA/QC role as auditor for ISO9001 or similar capacities.
  • The QA/QC manager also conduct monthly audit of systems and processes to ensure compliance to standards.
  • Read and understand all publications from regulatory bodies and update IHNA/ IHM policies, websites, processes and systems accordingly
  • Need to work in collaboration with Compliance manager and other departments in IHNA/ IHM.

Job Description:
An Academic Services Administrator is responsible for the administration of a specific academic program, project, service, or function to include academic program planning, implementation and evaluation. This job performs administrative functions directly related to academic instruction.

  • Administer academic policies and advise faculty, staff, and students on policy matters related to the academic program.
  • Fulfill department or unit responsibilities for admissions recruitment and program marketing.
  • Supervise administrative staff supporting the academic program to fulfill program support requirements.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce reports for internal and external use, including accreditation reviews.
  • Write reports and prepare presentations about the academic program, instructional activity, program planning, etc.
