Job Description :

The position provides you an opportunity to develop and facilitate nursing study programs in colleges & hospitals. Candidates should have good communication skill, the ability to teach, have strong presentation & negotiation skills. Candidates with B.Sc. in Nursing who have at least 2 years clinical nursing experience or M.Sc. in Nursing can apply.

Required Qualifications :

• UG: B.Sc in Nursing with two years of Clinical Nursing experience
• PG: M.Sc in Nursing

Responsibilities :

• Provide continuing education to licensed nursing staff
• Develop curricula for nursing programs.
• Should have the ability to build strong relationships and have strong presentation & negotiation skills.
• Develop assessments for nursing and related programs.
• Support content development for diploma /graduate diploma courses.
• Provide subject review to develop eLearning.
• Should promote & brand our nursing study programs in colleges & hospitals.
• Build strong relationships, provide strong presentation & negotiation skills.

Requirements :

Good Communication Skill, basic Computer knowledge, Attend or speak at conferences, basic knowledge in training & developing continuing education programs.
