Job Description :

• Active Directory, active directory replication and domain concepts
• Working knowledge and expertise in vulnerability assessment and remediation.
• Configuration and management of Wireless access points
• Office 365 administration
• Office 365 Exchange Online
• Good experience on deploying SharePoint Sites
• Firewall management (preferably Sophos and fortinet)
• Knowledge and experience in VPN and VPN concepts
• Good knowledge of change management processes and ticketing applications
• Good Knowledge of Disk & Storage concepts, Raid configurations, NTFS Permissions, Server Hardware.
• Manage end user issues and close the ticket by desired SLA
• Helpdesk management
• Maintaining inventory and asset configuration.
• Good communication Skills.
• Good Troubleshooting skills.

• Remote Support
• Ticketing and End user management
• EPABX
• IP Telephony
• Linux (WAMP, Xamp)
• Experience in Windows Operating System build and decommission projects.
• Experience in DNS, DHCP, File server and Group Policies management
• Experience in administration and remote management of servers
• Experience in troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue.
• Experience in Managing Virtualized Environment (Hyper-V)
• Experience in Windows OS administration for windows 2008/2012/2016
• Experience in deploying windows updates using WDS
