News from IHM…!!!

MWT Institute of Health and Management Pvt Ltd have some good news to share with us.

First news is that Mr Baiju Azad (Course Delivery Coordinator) has successfully acquired Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals delivering training and assessment services in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Achievement of this qualification or an equivalent by trainers and assessors is a requirement of the Australian Quality Training Framework Essential Standards for Registration. This qualification, or the skill sets derived from units of competency within it, is also suitable preparation for those engaged in the delivery of training and assessment of competence in a workplace context, as a component of a structured VET program.

Hearty congratulations Baiju…. Keep up the good spirit…!!!

Second best news is that the employees of IHM have gathered and formed a committee called as “IHM STAFF WELFARE COMMITTEE”.

The purpose of the committee is to create a caring and supportive working environment for its staff.

All the IHM employees belong to this committee.

The commitee members are :

President: Mr.Prasanth K G

Vice president: Ms.Sarina

Secretary: Mr. Jerry James

Joint secretary: Mrs. Seetha K P

Treasurer: Mrs. Aleyamma Ninan
Joint Treasurer: Mr. Jasmine Jose

Executive members: Mr.Shebin, Mrs.Ann Mary, Mr.Rence, Mr. Aneesh, Mrs.Sneha and Ms.Tintu.

The members will be collecting a particular amount of money from all the employees of IHM. This amount will be kept in a separate fund called as Welfare fund. The fund will be used for the welfare activities of the employees.

Kudos to the great initiative… All the best for the successful implementation of the planned activities of the committee.
