Knowledge Hub launch countdown has started ….The final touch up on the modules are going on . We need your support to complete the process. Below given are the modules. We welcome your suggestions as titles for these modules.

My task
The “My tasks” functionality in Knowledge Hub enables effortless work delegation and management. Staff can assign tasks to themselves, delegate tasks to other staff, create a “to-do list”, assign tasks to team members, create project task etc. Other features include automated notifications, option to set priority, option to create recurring tasks, add related tasks etc.
Meeting minutes
Meeting minutes feature in knowledge hub lets staff schedule meetings, create meeting minutes, keep track of upcoming meetings, view past meetings etc. Tasks can be delegated based on meetings and automated notifications will be sent to all meeting attendees.
Staff induction and Training
Knowledge Hub eliminates the need for manual delivery of staff induction. The HR department will be able to add multiple categories of staff induction which can be linked to industrial currency. Knowledge Hub supports induction materials in multiple formats such as jpg, doc, pdf, videos etc. Knowledge Hub enables training to be delivered online to staff within the organization. Multiple categories of training can be setup on Knowledge Hub. Staff can access the training made available to and complete them. For each training completed, the staff’s professional/vocational qualifications and industrial currency will be updated. Also, training plans for various departments/campus can be created for any date/time.
