Job Description:

To aid students/ candidates to enroll in different programs offered by MWT Education Consultancy and assist them in visa and emigration related documentation and services.

  • Must adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics and codes.
  • Manage and maintain existing customers and strengthen the relations.
  • Attending inbound calls
  • Negotiation of documents
  • Preparation of  Students Admission Documents
  • Handling back office process
  • Able to communicate directly with students and authorities over email/phone
  • Screen candidates and advise them about most suitable program that meets their qualification and requirement.
  • Updating each and every conversation with the candidate in CRM Software.
  • Assist and advice candidates to gather documents as per requirement of AHPRA
  • Contact AHPRA on behalf of candidate to know application status.
  • Assist candidates in completing necessary application forms to College/University for admission upon receiving decision letter
  • Arrange interview with college/University to confirm admission
  • Provide candidates with information booklet/broachers of different providers of the course to choose from.
  • Train and guide candidates to attend college/University interview which could be telephonic/video conferencing/ Face to face

Job description:

Front Office Executive is responsible to handle all incoming communication- via telephone, email, fax etc and assign/transfer them to the concerned person. Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.Promote different programs offered by MWT Education Consultancy by reaching out to potential candidates either by phone or mail. Their main responsibility is to create a robust pipeline of prospective candidates for different programs offered through MWT Education Consultancy.

  • Must adhere to all company policies, procedures, business ethics and codes.
  • Attending to all incoming communication and responding appropriately.
  • Updating the walk-in and call register daily.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication with students/candidates
  • Update the walk-in enquiries in CRM and forward prospective candidates’ details to TL-Counselling.
  • Maintaining an inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintaining and updating the competitor register and other registers.
  • Should be a team player and should possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold the values of the company in all dealings with various stakeholders and carry out one’s duties with integrity and responsibility.
  • Enter all candidate information in CRM and other relevant software systems and update it regularly

Job Description:

Candidates with good command over English language is preferred. Thorough computer knowledge with introduction to various technologies. Good exposure to e-Learning environment. Internet savvy. Preferable experience from education and training sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the replies and making sure the client is satisfied.
  • Researching the LMS for implementing requests from the clients.
  • Implementing new modules on the LMS and testing its functionality
  • Coordination with design team for requirement in course delivery.
  • Coordination with development team in LMS customization.
  • Technical support to clients in terms of e learning.
  • Support requests raised by the clients assigned have to be attended & replied satisfactorily & in time.
  • Attending to the support requests assigned.
  • Ensure the support requested by students is answered sufficiently & in time.

Handling the business promotion activities. Assessing the education industry and getting leads for business promotion. Specific marketing campaigns and projects within the department and to assist with the implementation of the department’s policy, strategies and campaigns. The Executive will have to formulate the contents for the marketing mix and put forth efficient and innovative marketing plans.  

Accountabilities

  • Keep the  rules and standards of the organization and  be the representative who deliver the best to the customer .
  • Schedule the  appointments and visit existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
  • Organize and attend  joint sales calls with Vendors.
