May 2018 Milestones:
- International Nurses Day was celebrated on 12th May 2018. HCI celebrated this day by arranging a community awareness program at Kannankare- Thannermukkam, Alappuzha (District). The ceremony was inaugurated by Father.Reji Kochuprambil of St. Xaviers church, Kannankara. This was followed by a demonstration of first aid management for common health issues like cardiac arrest, seizure, accidents, snake bite etc.
2. AHA instructor training was conducted on 13th and 20th May 2018. The sessions were led by Mr. Jeril Cherian.
3. The AHA team has conducted BLS only batch for 30 students at City hospital, Ernakulam.
4. Dr. Bindhu, project-coordinator from KASE visited HCI on 18th May 2018.
5. 23 students of the 3rd batch of GDA started their internship program for 1 month at Lakshmi and City hospitals, Ernakulam.
6. Work visas have been sanctioned for 5 NCAP- Kuwait students for working in Alia international Hospital, Kuwait.
7. Mr. Dileep Kumar joined HCI this month as the Project- coordinator. We welcome him to the HCI family.
8. Our marketing team has conducted 2 days marketing campaigns for NCAP, ECU, OET, and IELTS at various places across Kottayam District.
9. The marketing team has also conducted promotional activities across different places in Kerala for NCAP, ECU, OET, and IELTS.
