Tea with Hibiscus and Lime
Place 2 cups water with 1 tablespoon of dried hibiscus flowers in a saucepan on the fire .Once it comes to a rolling boil, reduce heat and simmer for a minute. Switch off the gas and keep covered for 5 minutes to let the flavor develop. Strain and discard the flowers. Chill in the fridge. Add honey to taste and serve with a slice of lemon.
Pudina, cucumber and lime smoothie.
Blend 1 cup chopped cucumber, 8 fresh mint (pudina) leaves, 2-4 tsp of lime and 4 cubes of ice together with rock salt and pepper to taste in a blender till smooth.
Enjoy in a tall glass, chilled!
