HCG Bulletin – February 2017 Editorial

Healthcare is a profession where you can give back to your community, work on new challenges every day, and stay safe in a recession-prone economy. Overseas education in healthcare continues to look very enticing, with foreign enrolments touching new highs in Australia, and Ireland rolling out an extended 24 month stay-back period for postgrad students to enable them to find jobs after they graduate. Countries like New Zealand, Canada and Singapore are also increasingly finding their way to the A-list of international students seeking global qualifications that are well-recognized and on par with the world’s other great education providers such as UK, USA and Australia. We bring you all the latest education news, and continue to support and guide our students in the fulfilment of their dreams.

On February 4th, World Cancer Day was observed across the world with special emphasis on the early detection and prevention of this dreaded disease that claims the lives of millions of patients every year. We share an article on this year’s campaign, “We can. I can.”

As always, we document the workshops and training sessions held by our enterprising teams last month, and bring you pictures.

Do send in your feedback, news and views to usha@mwtedu.com. We offer you a platform to share your thoughts with our hundreds of readers across the world.
Until next month, then. Stay blessed!
