2014 has been declared the Marketing Year by our CEO Mr. Bijo Kunnumpurath.
Naveen Kumar K.R has been appointed as TL for all our marketing campaigns across all the MWT group offices. By bringing all the marketing teams under one umbrella, we can consolidate and coordinate our marketing campaigns in a better way.
From January 15th, a new system of product promotion has been introduced and staff who outperform themselves will be given attractive incentives. A point system has been introduced which will simplify the commission calculations.
An initial training session on the implementation of the new Marketing plan was held on the 22nd January at the Vyttila office and on the 24th at the Kadavanthra office.
