The IHM team conducted American Heart Association’s (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) classes at various places. Our instructors led the course with competence.
July 2016 Milestones:
- We are proud to announce that our institution has been selected as an India International Skill Centre(IISC) under National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
- We hosted the National “Train the Trainer Program” for EMT Basic and Advanced under Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC) from 21st to 26th July 2016, during which speakers from various sectors conducted sessions.
Our educators (Mr Jeril Cherian , Ms Aleyamma Ninan, Ms Neethu Susan Paul, Ms Elmy Baby, Mr Bimel K B, Ms Mary Philip and Mr Sreejith MP attended the TOT session). Dr Zainab Zaidi- Director of Health Care Sector Skill Council (HSSC), Dr Srikrishnan – Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr Geethanjali – Clinical Psychologist, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Dr Saif Habil – Palliative Medicine, Thiruvananthapuram and Nitin Choudhary, Co-ordinator for HSSC were also present at the session.
