Overseas Candidates – Winging It To A Career Abroad!

New Programs :

MWT Education Consultancy has launched assessments and processing sessions for Canada Migration through the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) is one of the Government of Canada’s main avenues to permanent immigration. Applicants to this program are selected based on criteria that assess their overall capacity to adapt to Canada’s labour market. This includes factors such as knowledge of English or French, education, work experience and other criteria that have been shown to help FSWs become economically established in Canada.

Hospitality programs for +2 students in New Zealand have been introduced last month – this opportunity is attracting many potential students. Note that IELTS is not required for this course.

Our Successful Candidates:

Our candidates are going places! Here’s a quick summary of what has been happening in July:

1. Two of our candidates, Dhanya Peter and SreeLekshmi, have successfully obtained a three year work permit in U.K, and are migrating with a Tier 2 (General) Visa. They will be undertaking the ONP program.
The ONP (Overseas Nursing Program) programme is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in UK, and is suitable for practising nurses who are registered outside UK, but who wish to register to work as a nurse in the UK. Tier 2 is a work permit category and it is necessary for the employer to agree for the employee to undertake the period of study and adaptation training necessary for the ONP.

2. 2 students have obtained their decision letters from the New Zealand Nursing Council and are now preparing for the CAP (Competency Assessment Program) to settle in New Zealand.

3. 3 candidates have successfully finished their SVP (Streamlined Visa Processing) and have filed for their student visa to UNE (University of New England), Australia.

4. MWT’s first German candidate has received her offer letter and started her visa processing for the September 2014 intake.
