Vishu marks the start to the Malayalam New Year, and is an auspicious time of new beginnings. We at the MWT Bulletin wish all of you much abundance and good fortune all through the coming year. Belated Vishu wishes to every one of you!
As the summer temperatures inch up, our teams are redoubling their marketing efforts and getting some amazing results! ACLS and BLS classes are now being held across the length and breadth of Kerala, and have been started in Coimbatore as well this month. Many workshops and training programs have been carried out at several notable locations. Spot admissions for courses abroad have been conducted, and many Career Guidance Seminars have been conducted as well.
1 out of every 5 children still miss out on routine life-saving immunizations that could avert 1.5 million deaths each year from preventable diseases. WHO declared 24th-30th April as World Immunization Week, and efforts were made the world across to increase awareness and demand for immunization by communities. This WHO campaign was carried out on global, regional and national levels. We bring you an article on the significance of this week.
